Because the game is still in beta, your data can be reset without warning — stay connected to the community so you are never caught off guard.
The game is currently in beta, which means development is ongoing and data resets can happen at any time. Following the official social links or joining the community server is the best way to get advance notice of changes or wipes. If you lose data or run into a serious bug, use the report function in the gear menu — your server ID is attached automatically so the development team can look into it.

Choosing and customising your alien

Pick a creature type that suits how you want to play, then use the customisation tools to make it your own.
When you load in, you choose from a range of alien creatures modelled after snakes, birds, lizards, dinosaurs, and stranger things. Each one has its own look, and the game's customisation system lets you adjust your alien to stand out from other players.
Tips worth knowing
- Creature types include snake-like, bird-like, lizard-like, and dinosaur-like aliens, among others
- If you played during the beta phase, the Jiqii — a moth-like alien — is unlocked for you through the Beta Tester badge
- If you played during the alpha phase, the Sjorvii is unlocked through the Alpha Tester badge

Things to do on planet Kiray
CheckIn short
Kiray supports multiple play styles, so find the one that grabs you first and branch out from there.
The planet Kiray is a large, physically simulated world with room for solo exploration and group play. Building, fighting, roleplaying, and exploring are all supported, and you can mix them freely with other players in the same server.
- Explore the map on your own or with others to discover new areas and hidden secrets
- Use the building system to construct structures anywhere in the world with friends
- Fight other players if you want a more competitive session
- Roleplay as your alien creature to take part in the game's hard sci-fi setting

Hidden badges and where to find them

In short
All three exploration badges require you to go somewhere out of the ordinary, so push past the obvious areas of the map.
Three badges reward players who dig into the map's least-visited corners. None of them are handed out automatically — you have to physically reach the right spot or interact with a specific object.
- Goxul head to the deepest water area on the map, described as somewhere no one has ever returned from, and look for this rare aquatic creature there
- Tixork search beneath the crust of the planet in a location described as precious; note that another player has already been there, so the spot exists and can be reached
- Rock Licker find a glowing rock on the ground somewhere in the world and lick it to earn this badge

Glossary- Beta
- A version of the game that is still in active development, meaning features can change and player data can be reset.
- Planet Kiray
- The planet where the game takes place, part of a fictional star system called Skyris.
- Alien creature / morph
- A playable character form modelled after a snake, bird, lizard, dinosaur, or similar creature that players transform into at the start of a session.
- Jiqii
- A moth-like alien unlocked exclusively for players who played during the beta phase.
- Sjorvii
- A special alien unlocked exclusively for players who played during the alpha phase.
Common questions
FAQWhat happens if my data gets reset?
Data resets can happen during the beta without prior warning. Follow the game's social links or join the community server so you get notified of changes. If you lose data unexpectedly, contact the developers through those same channels.
How do I get the Jiqii or Sjorvii aliens?
The Jiqii is unlocked by playing during the beta phase, which awards the Beta Tester badge. The Sjorvii is unlocked by having played during the alpha phase, which awards the Alpha Tester badge.
