About

Overview

SCP: Site-88 Roleplay puts you inside a fictional research and containment facility in Alberta, Canada, where Safe, Euclid, and Keter SCPs are studied and housed. There is no PvP — the focus is pure roleplay and exploration. This guide covers the roles you can take on, the SCPs worth seeking out, and how to earn all 16 badges.

Roles and what each one is trying to do

Tips
In short Pick your role based on the goal you want to chase, since each one points you toward a different set of activities.

Site-88 lets you play from several different angles. Staff members explore and observe the facility, Class-D personnel try to break out, and opposing forces work to trigger a containment breach.

Tips worth knowing
  • Class-D — escape the facility to earn the Time To Rebel badge
  • Opposing force — cause or help cause a containment breach to earn We've Got Hostiles
  • Witness a containment breach begin to earn Unforeseen Consequences

SCPs to find and what happens when you do

Step
In short Every SCP in the facility is tied to a specific interaction, and completing each one earns you a badge.

Most of the 16 badges come from finding SCPs and interacting with them directly. Some interactions are safe, some are fatal to your character, and a few require you to escape a situation afterward.

  1. Find SCP-458 in the cafeteria grab a slice of pizza to earn Pizza Day!
  2. Find SCP-1162 reach in and pull out an item to earn Finders Keepers (the badge and sound were fixed in the April 17, 2026 update, so retry if it failed for you before)
  3. Enter SCP-002, called the Living Room stepping inside earns Fully Furnished
  4. Use SCP-013 interacting with an instance of it earns Like What You See?
  5. Consume an instance of SCP-500-1 earns A Taste Of Immortality
  6. Find SCP-1048, the Builder Bear spotting it earns The Fabricator
03

Dangerous SCPs that can kill your character

Warn
In short Several SCPs are meant to harm or trap your character, but each one still rewards you with a badge if you go through with it.

Death and capture are part of the experience here, not failures to avoid. These interactions are designed to happen, and the badges confirm that.

Worth watching out for
Touching SCP-009 causes an icy death earns Icy Death
Touching SCP-409 causes your character to become crystalized earns Crystal Clear
SCP-106 pulls you into its pocket dimension you must escape to earn Welcome Back To Hell
Walking into a tesla gate's zap earns What A Shocker
SCP-106's chiropractor encounter ends in a very bad way earns Meet The Chiropractor
04

Badges that come without hunting SCPs

Check
In short A handful of badges are earned through general play rather than tracking down a specific SCP.

Not every badge needs you to find a particular room. A few are simply handed out as you play normally, or through events that can happen to anyone in the server.

  • Log in to automatically earn the LOGIN REGISTERED badge
  • Be present when a containment breach starts to earn Unforeseen Consequences
  • Escape the facility as a Class-D to earn Time To Rebel

Common questions

FAQ

Is there any PvP in Site-88?

No. Site-88 is a non-PvP roleplay game, so you will never fight other players directly.

I tried to get the SCP-1162 badge and nothing happened — what do I do?

The SCP-1162 badge and its sound were both broken before the April 17, 2026 update. If you attempted it before that date, try again on the current version and the badge should unlock properly.
