In short Pick your server based on whether you have a VR device and how experimental you want the experience to be.

The game offers four distinct places to play. The main v3.2 game is the standard choice. If you own a VR headset and want a space dedicated entirely to VR play, a separate VR Only server exists for that. The legacy v2.8 version is also still available.
