Getting started in your first session
Step
When you first load in, you can customize how your character looks before you do anything else. After that, open the world menu and pick whichever of the 17 worlds catches your eye. Walk around, check buildings and hidden corners, and talk to anyone you come across.
- Customize your character set your look before you enter a world, since this is the foundation of roleplaying.
- Open the world menu browse all 17 worlds and pick one that fits the kind of roleplay you want to do.
- Talk to every NPC you will not receive a task unless you actually speak to the character who gives it.
- Check the leaderboard it shows your badge count and how you rank against other players.
Finding hidden characters and earning badges
Tips
Each world has characters hidden somewhere inside it. When you find one and talk to them, they give you a task. Finish the task and you earn a badge, which also moves you up the leaderboard. Covering every world gives you the most chances to collect badges.
- Search every corner of a world — hidden characters can be tucked behind buildings or in spots that are easy to walk past.
- Always talk to a character after finding them — the task only starts once you have that conversation.
- Move on to the next world once you have cleared one — each of the 17 worlds has its own hidden character and its own task.
- Track your badge count on the leaderboard — it is the fastest way to see how much of the game you have covered.
Playing with friends
CheckThe 17 worlds give you and your friends a huge variety of settings to roleplay in together. You can tackle tasks as a team, compete on the leaderboard, or just build a shared story across different worlds.

One world worth visiting on purpose
Summary
Most of your time will be spent tracking down hidden characters and doing their tasks, but two goals sit outside that loop. Both are worth keeping in mind as you move between worlds.
- Dance floor map spending time in this map is how you earn the Party Animal badge, so visit it at least once.
- Kavra hunt Kavra himself is hidden somewhere across the worlds; finding him earns a badge separate from the normal task badges.

- An optional purchase that unlocks additional features or items without blocking any core gameplay.
- NPC
- A character in the game world that is not controlled by another player; talking to one is how tasks begin.
