About

Overview

Bendy Scripts is a PvP battle game set on the Bendy map, where players fight each other using scripts written on the walls and items scattered around the arena. This guide covers how to get started, how to use scripts effectively, and how to stay alive in a lobby full of opponents.

First steps when you join

Step
In short Learning the map before diving into fights gives you a real edge over players who rush in blind.

The worst thing you can do when you first join is charge straight into combat. The map has specific spots where items appear and specific walls where scripts are written, and knowing both before a fight starts puts you ahead of most other players. Spend your first minute or two just walking around and taking note of what is where.

  1. Explore the map walk the whole layout before engaging anyone so you know the dangerous areas and the open ones.
  2. Find the scripts locate each script on the walls and note what it does so you are not reading it for the first time mid-fight.
  3. Mark the item spawns remember where strong items appear so you can head straight to them at the start of a new round.
  4. Watch other players see which areas attract the most traffic.

How scripts on the walls work

Tips
In short Scripts are active combat tools, not decoration, and using the right one at the right moment can turn a losing fight around.

The scripts written on the walls each produce a different effect when you use them. Some restore health, others boost your attack. Because each script has a cooldown after use, you cannot just spam the same one repeatedly — you have to plan when to trigger it. Trying every script early in a session is the fastest way to understand what each one does.

Tips worth knowing
  • Try every script you find so you know its effect before you need it under pressure.
  • Match the script to the moment — reach for a healing script when your health is low and an offensive one when you have an enemy in front of you.
  • Track each script's cooldown so you are never caught waiting for one that is not ready.
03

Staying safe in a PvP lobby

Warn
In short Knowing when not to fight is just as important as knowing how to fight.

Because every other person in the lobby is trying to beat you, the threat can come from any direction at any time.

Worth watching out for
Never push into a fight when your health is already low retreat, use a healing script, and re-engage.
Busy item spawn areas are ambush magnets, so approach them carefully rather than running straight in.
04

Playing without spending Robux

Check
In short Every item in the game comes from the map itself, so a free player and a paying player start each round on equal footing.

All items are picked up from the ground, which means nobody walks into a round already loaded with gear that you cannot access. The gap between players comes down to map knowledge and script awareness, both of which you build for free just by playing. The more rounds you complete, the better you will understand where to be and what to use.

  • Confirm that you know at least two or three reliable item spawn locations before each round.
  • Confirm that you have used every script type at least once so none of them surprise you.

Glossary

Glossary
Script
A special interaction written on a wall in the map that triggers a unique effect, such as healing or boosting attack, when you use it.
PvP
Player versus player — a format where you fight against other real players rather than computer-controlled enemies.
Cooldown

Common questions

FAQ

What should I do in my very first round?

Use the first round to explore rather than fight. Walk the full map, find where the scripts are and what they do, and locate the item spawns. Once you have that picture in your head, you will make much smarter decisions in every round after.

Why do I keep dying near item spawns?

High-value spawn points attract multiple players at once, making them natural ambush zones. Approach from a safe position rather than running straight in.
