Controls to learn first
CheckThe game gives you four inputs that cover everything you will do in a session.
- Q your attack key; press it to hit nearby animals or mobs
- Shift toggles between running and walking so you can chase or escape
- R makes your animal sit down
- T puts your animal into a resting state
How experience actually works
SummaryEach successful hit on an enemy gives you experience equal to one thousand times your exp multiplier, plus your current player level.
- Formula (1000 × exp multiplier) + player level, earned once per hit
- Hits the more you land, the faster your total experience climbs
- Player level feeds back into the formula, so every level makes the next one slightly quicker
- Exp multiplier the bigger this value is, the larger each hit's reward becomes
Three ways to spend your time
TableThe game is built around player choice. You can chase experience and coins as fast as possible, hang back and interact with other players, or simply explore without any pressure.
| Fighting | hunt enemies, land hits constantly, and push your level up as quickly as you can |
| Roleplaying | act as your chosen animal, interact with other players, and treat the world as a social space |
| Doing nothing | sit, rest, or wander without any goal; the controls for R and T exist exactly for this |
Unlocking animal skins
TipsThere are more than twenty-five animals available, including Lion, Tiger, Dragon, Gorilla, Axolotl, and Snake, among others. Coins help you level up faster, and leveling up is what opens new skins.
- Collect coins during fights since they speed up leveling alongside your experience
- Your exp multiplier matters — the higher it is, the more experience each hit gives you
