How climbing the tower works

Step
In short Each run is a straight climb from the bottom to the top, with every floor asking you to pick a door.

You start at the entrance of the tower and work your way up floor by floor. On each floor, two doors appear in front of you, each labeled with a different singer or musical career path. Tap or click one door to move to the next floor. There is no way to go back once you have chosen, so each pick is final. Reach the top and the game tallies your full set of choices into a career result.

  1. Start at the entrance the tower begins here and every run follows the same upward path.
  2. Read both doors each one shows a different singer or career before you commit.
  3. Pick one door tap or click it to advance to the next floor.
  4. Keep climbing repeat the same process on every floor above.
  5. Reach the top clearing every floor completes the run and reveals your final career result.

Trap choices and why they matter

Warn
In short Some doors are traps that push your career result in a bad direction, and you cannot undo them.

The game warns you directly that some choices are complete traps. A single bad pick can hurt your entire tower climb, because your final career result is built from every choice you made on the way up. A singer looking famous or appealing on a door label does not mean that door is the safe pick. Since you cannot go back after choosing, slow down and think before you tap.

Worth watching out for
Do not judge a door by the name alone a well-known singer can still be the trap option.
One bad decision carries forward to the final result, so every floor counts.
You cannot return to a previous floor after choosing, making each pick permanent for that run.

Building a consistent career result

Tips
In short Your career result at the top is the sum of every door you chose on the way up.

Your career result at the top is the sum of every door you chose on the way up. The types of singers on offer span pop icons, rock legends, rappers, boybands, and chart-topping superstars, among others. The game is free to restart as many times as you want, so experimenting across multiple runs costs nothing.

Tips worth knowing
  • Use your first run to learn which kinds of choices appear before committing on later runs.
  • Restart freely and try a completely different set of choices to see how different the ending can be.
  • Review your result at the top to understand which picks drove it.

Common questions

FAQ

Can you fail or get a game over?

There is no game over in this game. Picking trap choices will damage your final career result, but you keep climbing regardless of what you choose. Every run finishes at the top of the tower no matter what.

Can you go back and change a choice?

Once you pass through a door, that choice is locked in and you cannot return to the floor below. If you want to try a different pick, you need to restart the whole run from the beginning.

Does it cost anything to reach the ending?

Nothing. The entire tower and every possible career result are available without any purchase. You can restart and replay as many times as you like at no cost.
