Your first bee and why capacity matters
Tips
Most players get the Basic Bee from their first egg. It is slow and carries very little pollen at once. The Basic Bee is also the only bee in the game that wears no hat.
- The Basic Bee moves slowly and collects pollen slowly.
- Its carrying capacity is low.
- The Basic Bee is not guaranteed from the first egg every time, but it is the most common result.
World progression and honey costs

Beehive honey conversion rate upgrades
TableThe beehive conversion rate upgrade multiplies how much honey you receive when you convert pollen. Each level costs more honey than the last, but the multiplier keeps climbing.

Rarer bees and how to get them

- The resource your bee gathers from flowers, which you then convert into honey.

- The main currency of the game, produced by converting pollen and spent on plot rows and upgrades.
- Conversion Rate
- A beehive upgrade that multiplies how much honey you get from a given amount of pollen.
- Queen Bee
- The game's stated top goal.
Common questions
FAQWhat do I do if my bee fills up before I reach a flower patch?
The Basic Bee's capacity is low, so short, frequent trips are normal at the start.
Is the Divine Bee worth saving up for?
It moves fast and collects pollen more quickly than the Enchanted Bee. It only appears in epic and legendary eggs.
Do the conversion rate upgrades stack with each other?
Each level shown in the upgrade table is a total multiplier. So reaching level 5 gives you a 1.23x total multiplier on all honey you convert.
