The eight teams and what they do

Your team choice defines your entire experience, so pick a role that matches what you actually want to do.
Every team has its own purpose inside the facility. Four teams are named in the game's description; four more exist with their own objectives. Think about whether you want to defend, research, contain, or cause chaos before you queue.

Each team has actions only it can perform, and many of those actions have a badge attached.
Tips worth knowing
- Virologist Researchers in Health & Research can craft a Vaccine — doing so earns the Master Virologist badge.
- Giving that Vaccine to another player earns a second badge, Human Savior.
- Research Subjects can attempt to escape to the OSIRIS spawn point; pulling it off earns Freedom Awaits!
- Being put through an Experimentation Test as a Research Subject earns Unforeseen Consequences.
- Getting scanned by an MRI machine earns Hang In There.
- Becoming BIPM-31-RE earns Failures of Research.

In short
The facility has more to it than your team's main objectives.
The badge list confirms there are things to find that have nothing to do with your team's primary mission.
Tips worth knowing
- Leaving the Centum Facility entirely earns the You Touched Grass! badge.
- A Tic Tac Toe game exists somewhere in the facility; winning it earns the Tic Tac badge.
- The Heist mode has its own progression — reaching Tier 1 earns Team Carrier.

Glossary- Prestige
- Resetting a subteam's progress after maxing it out so you can climb it again from the start — required for the LARP MASTER badge.
- Virus Strains
- Twelve deadly biological agents housed inside the Centum Facility that drive the goals of every team in the game.
- Vaccine
- An item that Virologist Researchers in Health & Research can create and give to other players.
- BIPM-31-RE
- A special form a player can transform into during gameplay, tied to the Failures of Research badge.
- OSIRIS Collective
- The infiltrator team whose goal is to break into the facility, steal virus strains, and cause chaos.
- Daily Rewards
- A bonus you collect by logging in each day.

Think about what sounds most interesting to you — defending, researching, escaping, or causing trouble — and pick the team whose description matches that. Every team plays completely differently.
How do I get bonus Cash and XP?
Like the game on its Roblox page and join the official group — both actions reward bonus Cash and XP. After that, collect your daily reward every time you log in.
What is the hardest badge to earn?
LARP MASTER requires you to prestige every subteam at least once.
Do some objectives require other players?
Yes — giving a Vaccine to another player requires interacting with someone else, and surviving an Experimentation Test as a Research Subject happens during team-based gameplay.
