Getting started at spawn

Step
In short Your first priority is to explore the spawn island, grab your starting weapons, and begin destroying things to build up points.

When you join, you land on a small spawn island that acts as your hub. From here you can warp to any of the five major areas of Robloxia and spend points at the shop. You start with five weapons already in your inventory, so there is no need to buy anything before you head out.

  1. Check the warp pads use them on the spawn island to jump directly to the major areas of Robloxia.
  2. Look at your starting loadout you already have the Gravity Coil, Rocket Launcher, Time-Bomb, Crowbar, and Mjolnir before spending a single point.
  3. Open the shop once you have points, visit the shop on the spawn island to see what weapons are available.
  4. Try the Gravity Coil early it makes you jump higher and run faster.

Your starting weapons and what they do

Table
In short Each starting weapon has a different use, so switching between them depending on what you are destroying makes a real difference.

All five starting weapons come with the game for free.

Rocket Launcherfires rockets at your cursor with no cooldown.
Time-Bombexplodes after roughly four seconds with a wide blast radius, sends parts flying in every direction.
Crowbarused for precise dismantling; can unanchor doors and vehicles that other weapons leave intact.
Mjolnirtriggers a massive shockwave around you that flings everything nearby.
Gravity Coilnot a weapon but a movement tool; jump and run faster than normal.
03

Exploring Robloxia — key locations

Summary
In short Each district has a distinct layout and some hide secrets or special weapons, so it is worth visiting all of them.

Robloxia is split into several areas you can warp to from spawn. The current map is Version 4, the largest version of the game. Older versions of the map can be accessed from underneath the Statue of Bloxity on the spawn island.

  • Blox Tower tallest building in Robloxia; detailed lobby with NPCs throughout.
  • Bank of Robloxia 19-story building with a basement vault accessible through a vent or by blasting the vault door; holds a hidden weapon.
  • Military Base contains a building with a trapdoor leading to a prototype weapon; helicopters and aircraft are parked here.
  • Suburbs across the bridge; includes houses, a pool, and a secret car stash hidden deep in the hills.
  • Airport (Robloxia International) on the outskirts of town, split into a classic wing and a gates section.
  • Mountains home to both the Ice Weapon and the Hammer of the Forge, which sits behind an obstacle course.
04

Hidden weapons and how to reach them

Step
In short Every secret weapon requires you to explore a specific location, and most reward you with a badge when you find them.

Several powerful weapons are hidden around Robloxia and are not available in the shop. They each have a fixed location, so finding them is a matter of knowing where to look. Touching the weapon or its pickup box adds it to your inventory.

  1. Money Gun (Bank vault) enter the employee area on the first floor through the door near the entrance, head downstairs past the sleeping guard, then blast open the vault door. The gun is inside alongside gold bars and files.
  2. Prototype (Military Base) find the trapdoor inside one of the base buildings, drop through it, and walk toward the weapon to claim it. It fires fast neon-blue rockets.
  3. Flamethrower (Sewers) go to the sewer entrance near the beach. The flamethrower sits on a concrete pedestal inside; touch the translucent box around it to pick it up.
  4. Ice Weapon (Mountains) climb to a secret spot on one of the mountain peaks. It turns whatever it hits into blue ice.
  5. Hammer of the Forge (Mountains) reach it by completing the obstacle course behind the mountains, or skip the course using the Gravity Coil or Moon Coil. It delivers a larger shockwave than the Mjolnir with a ring of fire.
  6. Moon Coil (Moon) fly straight up until the game transfers you to the secret Moon experience. Land on the surface and you will keep receiving Moon Coils until your inventory is full; they carry back with you when you return.
05

Reaching the Moon

Check
In short Getting to the Moon takes some height, but the Moon Coil you bring back is a significant movement upgrade over the starting Gravity Coil.

The Moon is a secret unlisted Roblox experience that the game transfers you into automatically once you fly high enough. The Moon Coil you collect there is permanently tied to your account and available in Destroy a City when you return.

  • Fly high enough and the game handles the transfer once you cross the altitude threshold.
  • Wait for the teleport you do not need to press anything; the experience switch happens on its own.
  • Once on the Moon, jump down and touch the surface to start collecting Moon Coils.
  • Keep collecting until your inventory is full, then return to the main game your coils will still be there.
06

Performance and device issues

Warn

Destroy a City generates a huge number of loose parts as buildings are destroyed.

Worth watching out for
Lower your Roblox graphics quality if you are on a tablet or older phone.
The C-4, described as capable of detonating four billion explosives, will generate an enormous number of parts at once use it with caution on weaker hardware.
07

Trickier badges worth going for

Tips
In short Most of the harder badges have specific, repeatable steps — knowing the steps ahead of time saves a lot of wandering.

Destroy a City has twenty badges ranging from joining the game to extremely rare achievements. The ones below have clear, reachable methods.

Tips worth knowing
  • Criminal — get into the Bank of Robloxia's basement vault and touch the golden gun inside.
  • Classified — open the trapdoor in the Military Base building and claim the prototype weapon.
  • Flamethrower! — walk into the sewer entrance near the beach and touch the pickup box on the concrete pedestal.
  • One very large step — fly high enough to trigger the Moon teleport, then wait for the badge to appear automatically after you arrive.
  • Silence — type a message insulting the game in chat, read the red response text, and then stand up from the time-out chair in the room you are sent to.
  • Get C-4 — grind until you reach 5,000 points, then buy the C-4 at the spawn island shop.
