The core loop every player needs to know

Step

In short Everything in the game comes back to these three actions repeated in order.

The game runs on a simple cycle: drag, strengthen, advance. Drag items across the finish line to fill your energy, then take that energy to the gym and convert it into strength. When your strength is high enough, remove the exit barrier to step into the next area.

Drag items pull items across the line on screen to collect energy.
Visit the gym spend your energy there to raise your strength stat.
Remove the exit clear the barrier at the end of the area to move on.

Strength targets worth aiming for

Strength is the number that gates everything else. The game tracks milestones at specific values, so use them as short-term goals.

Reach strength 5 your first strength milestone.
Reach strength 10.
Reach strength 50 and then 100.
Reach strength 500 and 1000.
Reach strength 5000, 10000, and 20000.

Rebirths and long-term progression

In short Rebirths are a deliberate reset mechanic that reward players who commit to the long run.

Beyond the area milestones, the game tracks rebirths as a separate progression layer. A rebirth is a major reset you choose to do, and the game acknowledges your first, second, fifth, and tenth rebirths as achievements.
