First steps when you start
StepWhen you first load into Bulked Up you land on the Town map, which has a laboratory, a castle, and a large hole. Before you touch anything else, sort out your daily reward setup so you are not falling behind on gems.
- Join the group search for mPhase on Roblox and join it; this unlocks the daily shop reward.
- Open the shop tap the shop icon on the left side of the screen to see weapons and rewards.
- Claim your reward do this every day so you never miss a cycle.
Worlds and where to grind
TableThree worlds are available: Town, Halloween, and City. Each one suits a different goal, so pick based on what you need right now.
| Town | starting map with a laboratory, a castle, and a large hole in the ground. |
| Halloween | small map covered in trees and pumpkins; pumpkins have high drop chances for gems and items, and NPCs spawn in large numbers in the corners. |
| City | similar layout to Town but harder to grind; cars are plentiful, making it better for racing friends than farming. |

Abilities and how to use them
TipsMost abilities are bought with gems from the shop. A few cost Robux, and some only appeared during limited-time events. Items like grenades are one-use, not infinite, but you can rebuy them with gems.
- Telekinesis has infinite grab range and throws objects faster than the basic Throw ability, making it a direct upgrade.
- Grab a wide object like a tree or an NPC with Telekinesis, stand on top of it, and you can gain almost unlimited height.
- Explosive barrels are treated as light objects by the game, so Telekinesis launches them extremely fast — useful for hitting the castle cannons or chasing players.
- Force Blast explodes outward from you but does not damage you; hold the button to charge it and widen the blast radius.
- Charge Force Blast while airborne after a Super Jump and you can move freely while charging, which is effective against groups of players.
- Super Jump can be combined with a normal jump at the same moment for a speed boost in your current direction, though the timing takes practice.
- NPC Disguise shrinks your character slightly but does not make you look like an NPC; its main real use is evading punches with a small enough avatar.
Daily shop and Premium rewards
CheckThe shop is your main source of resources.
- Log in at least once a day and open the shop to claim your free reward.
- If you have Roblox Premium, you can claim an additional reward every six hours.
- Check the shop for event-limited currency like ornaments, which can unlock weapons not available with regular gems.
Badges worth chasing
TipsThere are nine badges in total. Working toward them naturally pushes you to try every part of the game, from exploring the map to fighting NPCs and other players.
- Find all hidden trophies around the map to earn Trophy Collector.
- Destroy 10,000 bricks for Building Destroyer.
- Complete 20 quests for Quest Master.
- Attack 100 players for PvP God and 250 NPCs for Professional Bully.
- Throw 50 NPCs into the hole for Unnecessary Sacrifice — the large hole on the Town map is the spot for this.
- Playtime Champion requires three hours of total playtime.
When progress feels stuck
WarnIf you cannot break something or reach somewhere new, run through this list before giving up.

Common questions
FAQDo I need to log in every single day or I'll fall behind?
Logging in daily lets you collect your shop reward each day, which speeds up your progress. If you miss a few days you are not locked out — you can pick back up whenever you return and start collecting again.
Can free players get as strong as Premium members?
Premium members can claim an extra shop reward every six hours, so they accumulate resources faster. Free players get one shop reward per day.
What is the hole in the Town map for?
The hole is a gameplay feature — you can throw NPCs into it, which counts toward the Unnecessary Sacrifice badge that requires 50 NPC throws into the hole.
