How a round works
StepThe train carries up to 18 players at once. Every time it pulls into a station, a killer appears and hunts everyone on board. Surviving that encounter counts as one round, and rounds keep stacking the longer you stay alive.
- Watch the station each stop introduces a different killer.
- Stay alive every round you survive adds to your total.
- Find the hatch if you get cornered, look for a hatch that lets you escape the room.
Killers you will face
TipsThe roster mixes classic horror icons with newer creatures.
- Leatherface, Ghostface, Michael Myers, Laughing Jack, Freddy Krueger, and Pennywise are the classic horror lineup.
- Pyramid Head, Huggy, Trapper, Purge, and ASYNC Soldier are part of the newer additions.
- SCP-280, POOH, Squidward.exe, and Evil Tinky round out the expanded roster.
- Every killer you encounter has a matching badge that gets recorded to your profile.
- All maps have been fully remastered.
Coins and the shop
CheckCoins are one of the main things to work toward between rounds. A dedicated shop area lets you spend what you earn, and prices have been updated alongside the coin system's return.
- Aim for 1,000 coins to unlock the Coin Collector badge.
- Visit the shop area to see what is currently available and how much things cost.
- Game pass contents were improved in the latest update.
Survival milestones and rebirth
SummaryTwo separate progress tracks reward you for playing long sessions: your round count and your rebirth count. Both feed into the badge system, giving you clear targets to chase.
- 50 rounds survived earns the Not Today Death badge
- 100 rounds survived earns the True Survivor badge
- First rebirth earns the Reborn badge
- Ten rebirths earns the A True Legend badge, the highest rebirth milestone

Common questions
FAQHow many players can be in one session?
A single server holds up to 18 players.
How do I unlock the Kitty Kitty badge?
Its condition is not published anywhere — the badge is intentionally secret.
Do I need to rebirth to keep earning badges?
No. Many badges, including the killer encounter badges and the round-count badges, have nothing to do with rebirthing. Rebirth badges are separate goals you can chase on top of everything else.
