The core loop: train, escape, upgrade
Step
When you first load in, head to the training area. Higher speed shortens the time it takes to reach the exit, and higher stamina keeps you moving. Once your stats feel solid enough, attempt an escape to collect cash, then spend that cash on upgrades before you go again.

- Guantinymo also has a badge just for reaching it, so unlocking it is a milestone worth tracking.
Rebirth and long-term progression

Rebirths reset certain progress in exchange for becoming stronger overall. The badge system confirms there are at least five rebirth milestones worth hitting.
- First rebirth unlocks the 'Rebirth 1!' badge and gives you a stronger baseline going forward.
- Fifth rebirth unlocks the 'Rebirth 5!' badge, marking a major progression milestone.
Prison pets and fusing for rarer ones
Step
Pets are collected by opening prison pet cells. Opening your first cell earns you a badge immediately. From there, fusing pets together is how you upgrade their rarity — fusing up to shiny earns one badge, and fusing all the way to rainbow earns another.
- Open a pet cell do this once to get the 'Get a prison pet!' badge and your first pet.
- Fuse pets to shiny combine prison pets until you reach a shiny pet to unlock that badge.
- Fuse pets to rainbow continue fusing to reach the rainbow tier and earn the final pet badge.
