About

Overview

Omnidroids Test is a Roblox survival game made by Dweepoi, set in the world of the first Incredibles film. You are stranded on an island overrun by Syndrome's Omnidroids, and your goal is to find powers scattered across the map and survive as long as possible. This guide covers where to find powers, how to fight the droids, and what to watch out for.

First steps when you spawn

Step
In short Getting a power before engaging any Omnidroid is the single most important thing you can do early on.

You spawn with no powers and the Omnidroids will attack on sight, so your first moments matter. The screen has a Powers button marked with a lightning bolt near the top that you can tap to review what you have.

  1. Head for an orb Frozone's orb sits at the Hillside peak, Gazerbeam's is in the center of the Oasis, Gamma Jack's is inside the hidden cave in the Forest, and Hypershock's is on the Hillside Shore.
  2. Pick up powers touch the orb to receive that super's abilities; you can hold more than one super's powers at the same time.
  3. The V.X9, the strongest droid in the game, spawns on the far side of the Beach and can wander across the whole map.
  4. Each Omnidroid you kill raises your Threat Level toward the maximum of 10, while each death drops it by roughly 0.2.

Power locations and what each set does

Table
In short Every power set has a fixed orb location, so knowing where to run first saves you from wandering the map unprotected.

Touch a super's orb to unlock their abilities. The table below shows where each orb is and what kind of role the powers fill in a fight.

SuperOrb locationCombat roleMovement ability
FrozoneHillside peakStun and mobilityGlacier Glide — ice skating on any terrain
GazerbeamCenter of the OasisSustained beam damage and knockbackNone — pair with another super's flight

Fighting Omnidroids without getting killed

Tips
In short Keeping distance and using stun abilities are the two habits that keep you alive longest.

The Omnidroids attack the moment they spot you and almost always kill in a single hit if they catch you. Learning which abilities stun or knock them back gives you breathing room to deal damage safely.

Tips worth knowing
  • Glacier Spike stops the V.X9 completely while it is in chase mode, giving you and teammates time to deal damage before it breaks free.
  • Seismic Wave and Seismic Slam both knock back and stun droids; combine them with Glacier Spike for the longest stun windows.
  • Proton Blast has no cooldown, so firing it rapidly keeps droids pushed back almost indefinitely.
  • Glacier Glide moves faster than any flight power, making it the best tool for dodging incoming droids.
  • If you are grabbed by a V.X1 through V.X5, press Q and E at the correct moment to break free; missing the timing is fatal.
  • Critical Mass and Epicenter deal massive area damage but hurt or kill you too.
04

Threat Level and what it means

Summary
In short Threat Level tracks your performance, so dying repeatedly will undo the progress you made by killing droids.

Threat Level is a personal statistic that rises as you kill Omnidroids and falls when you die. It sits between 0.1 and 10. When an Omnidroid kills you, a cutscene plays showing your Threat Level — a nod to the way Syndrome documents supers in the film.

  • Rises kill an Omnidroid to increase it, up to a maximum of 10.
  • Reflects skill Threat Level determines a player's skill, not their raw strength in-game.
  • Death screen the game shows your Threat Level on the termination cutscene after each death.
05

Known bugs to watch out for

Warn
In short Several bugs can end your run unfairly, so knowing where they happen lets you avoid them.

These are confirmed issues as of the current version.

Worth watching out for
Spawning at the Wasteland can get you killed instantly by the V.X9 before you can move.
Using a movement ability while inside the V.X5 player glitches your movement controls.
Random lag spikes can drop you out of the map or freeze the game entirely.
Flight-boosting into the volcano can clip you through the terrain.
Rapidly jumping with Glacier Glide can trap you inside rocks or terrain, leaving you stuck.
06

Map areas and where to spend your time

Check
In short The island is divided into several areas, each with its own Omnidroids and power orbs.

Only half the island is currently available; more will open in future updates.

  • Hillside contains Frozone, Gazerbeam, and Hypershock orbs; home to the V.X3 and V.X5.
  • Forest dense tree cover leads to the hidden cave with Gamma Jack's powers; the V.X4 spawns on the neighbouring shore.
  • Beach largest area in the game; no powers spawn here; the V.X9 starts on the far side and can roam the whole map.
  • Oasis a sub-location of the Hillside where the V.X5 spawns and Gazerbeam's orb emits a red beam into the sky.
  • Atmosphere button found at the top left of the screen; lets you switch between day and night at any time.

Glossary

Glossary
Omnidroid
Syndrome's battle robots from the first Incredibles film, and the main enemy in the game — they attack on sight and can kill in a single hit.
Threat Level
A personal stat between 0.1 and 10 that increases when you kill Omnidroids and decreases when you die.
Power Orb
A glowing object found at a fixed spot on the map; touching it gives you that super's full set of abilities.
Break Free
A prompt that appears when a V.X1 through V.X5 grabs you; press Q and E at the right moment to escape instead of dying.
Stun
A status that temporarily stops an Omnidroid from moving; stronger droids shake it off faster.
Knockback
A force that pushes an Omnidroid away from you, useful for creating distance during a fight.
Critical Mass
Gamma Jack's last-stand explosion that deals enormous area damage but kills the user when it finishes.
Epicenter
Hypershock's move where you fly up and slam down, stunning everything nearby — but also dealing heavy damage to yourself.

Common questions

FAQ

Can I carry powers from more than one super at the same time?

Yes. Collecting multiple power orbs lets you mix abilities from different supers.

Is there anything to spend Robux on in this game?

As of Update 3.1, there are no gamepasses available to purchase. Every player starts with the same access to all areas and powers, so nothing is locked behind payment right now.

Why did I die the moment I spawned?

If you spawned near the Wasteland, the V.X9 can kill you before you have a chance to move — this is a known bug.
