Getting your stadium off the ground

Step
In short Setting up all four income sources early gives you the cash flow you need for everything that follows.

The game starts you with an abandoned ground and no income. Your first job is to place the facilities that bring money in, because upgrades, workers, and league progression all depend on having steady cash.

  1. Build stalls set up food and drink stalls as one of your first actions so money starts coming in immediately.
  2. Open a ticket office this turns match attendance into direct revenue.
  3. Put up ad boards advertising boards add an income stream that runs alongside everything else.
  4. Add a merch stand merchandise sales give you a fourth income channel and round out your financial base.
  5. Sign sponsor contracts sign real stadium sponsors and complete their contracts to unlock extra income.
  6. Do maintenance tasks hands-on maintenance keeps your facilities in shape.
