When you first join, you land in the obby and start working through stages. Each stage you finish drops Troll Tokens. Once you have enough tokens you can unlock prank tools and use them on anyone sharing your server. After you have pushed through the content once, rebirthing lets you start again and stack even more rewards on top of what you already have.

Getting unstuck when a stage stops you

In short You never have to clear every stage in order, so a tough stage is never a dead end.

With more than 130 stages available there is almost always another path forward. Boss stages are the toughest sections, but skipping them and returning later is a valid approach. Rebirthing does not cost you your tokens.

Move to a different stage and come back to a blocking one later

Leave boss stages until later, since normal stages still give you tokens

Rebirthing resets your run but keeps every Troll Token you have already earned
