The core gameplay loop

Step
In short Every match runs on the same cycle: throw knives, earn cash, buy better knives, repeat.

SHARD is built around projectile physics, so your throws travel in an arc rather than a straight line. Each elimination pays out a cash bounty, and you use that cash to purchase new knives from the available collection.

  1. Learn the arc of the thrown knife to hit targets.
  2. Earn cash bounties for every successful elimination.
  3. Purchase and equip unique custom knives with the cash you earn.

Streak meter and visual effects

Summary
In short The streak meter rewards consistent eliminations, and recent updates also added more visual flair to every match.

A streak meter now tracks consecutive eliminations. The same update brought three new trails, which appear along the knife's path in flight, and doubled the number of death effects.

  • Streak meter records consecutive eliminations.
  • Trails three new options that show a visual path behind the knife as it travels.
  • Death effects doubled from the previous count, making eliminations more dramatic.
03

Staying safe from a permanent ban

Warn
In short Any form of cheating results in a permanent ban with no way to appeal, so play clean.

The game enforces a strict no-cheating policy. A ban is permanent and cannot be reversed, so there is no second chance.

Worth watching out for
Using cheat tools or exploits of any kind will get your account permanently banned.
Farming kills or cash with alternate accounts is treated the same as cheating.
No appeals are accepted, meaning a ban ends your access to the game for good.
04
