The two roles and what each one does
TableEach match assigns you to either the Guardian side or the Slendytubby side. Guardians are on a timed search mission: find all 15 Tubby Custards hidden around the map, then reach the exit. Slendytubbies are the hunters: their job is to track down and eliminate Guardians before that happens.
| Guardian goal | collect all 15 Tubby Custards on the map, then escape |
| Slendytubby goal | hunt and eliminate Guardians before they can escape |
| Guardian tools | equippable items that help you or your teammates |
| Slendytubby tools | unique stats and abilities that vary by which Slendytubby you play |
| Currency for both | Custards earned in a match (by collecting or by killing) buy cosmetics and items in the shop |
Playing as a Guardian
StepYour flashlight helps you find Custards, but it can also give away your position, so use it with judgment. The in-game radar is another tool worth having, but it runs on power, so do not leave it on constantly. Crouching makes you invisible to at least one Slendytubby type, which can be a lifesaver in tight spots. When hiding, switch your flashlight off so the light does not betray you.
- Crouch near threats crouching makes you invisible to Laa-Laa (Twitcher), so use it when one is close
- Manage your radar use it in short bursts rather than leaving it on, or you will drain its power
- Kill your flashlight when hiding turning it off stops the light from revealing your position
- Running backward slows you down, so stay aware of your movement direction
Maps and terrain
CheckThe game includes several maps: Teletubby Land, Teletubby Secret Lair, Custard Facility, Teletubby Outskirts, Training Maze, Teletubby Mountains, Teletubby Lake, Satellite Station, and event-specific maps like Crossroads and Haunted Mansion. Some maps have both Day and Night versions. Every map hides 15 Custards.
- Check whether the current map has a Day or Night version active
- In the Training Maze, escaping the maze itself is a distinct challenge separate from collecting Custards

Common questions
FAQDo I need to spend Robux to be competitive?
Custards — the in-game currency used in the shop — are earned by playing, whether you are collecting them as a Guardian or eliminating Guardians as a Slendytubby.
What happens if I am playing Laa-Laa and Guardians keep crouching?
Crouching makes Guardians invisible to Laa-Laa (Twitcher), so crouching Guardians will not show up to that specific Slendytubby.
