The core loop

Step
In short Every round comes down to climbing, grabbing, and throwing before someone does the same to you.

The game puts up to 20 players in one room, so there is almost always someone nearby ready to grab you. Your two goals — reaching the top and trolling other players — run at the same time, which is where most of the chaos comes from.

  1. Climb upward keep moving and watch the platforms ahead of you.
  2. Close the gap walk into another player to grab them.
  3. Turn toward lava once you are holding someone, spin to face the nearest lava and throw.
  4. Escape early if someone is closing in, move away before they make contact.

Common questions

FAQ

Does reaching the top mean you win?

Reaching the top is the goal, but the game asks whether you will get there or get trolled first. Other players are constantly trying to grab and throw you, so surviving long enough to climb to the top is the real challenge.

How many players can be in one room?

A single room holds up to 20 players at once. That many people grabbing and throwing at the same time is what makes matches chaotic.

How do you unlock the 10-hour badge?

Just play for a total of ten hours — the badge unlocks automatically. The developers call it the mark of the best of the best, and long playtime is the only requirement.
