[UPD] It Hears You
First steps after spawning
StepYou start with nothing, so your only job in the early game is to move through as many houses as possible before the sun goes down. Check floors, shelves, and every corner — materials can hide in spots that are easy to walk past.
- Sweep every room check floors and shelves carefully so you don't miss anything tucked out of sight.
- Pick up everything all materials you find can be used to craft weapons, so leave nothing behind.
The store and your supplies
TipsWhen scavenging alone isn't enough, the in-game store lets you spend currency on materials and weapons.
- Use store purchases to fill the gaps when a house turns up fewer materials than you needed.
- Pair bought supplies with scavenged ones to craft weapons you couldn't build from exploration alone.
Preparing for nightfall
CheckWhen night arrives, something comes out. It can hear you and it can smell you, so your defenses need to be in place before that happens.
- Craft at least one weapon from the materials you collected during the day.
- Lock the doors of whichever house you plan to shelter in.
- Stay quiet the threat can hear you and smell you.
Solo play versus working with others
TableUp to fifty players share the same server, but teaming up is entirely optional.
| Playing with others | you can split up and cover more houses, gathering materials faster as a group. |
| Playing alone | you set your own pace and don't have to coordinate with anyone else. |
| Server size | up to fifty players can be in one session at the same time. |
