Step
The game hands you buildings in a fixed sequence. Pressing the first button kicks everything off, and from there each completed structure opens the one after it. There are two main building phases separated by a skybridge, and Rebirth waits at the very end.
- Press the first button this starts the game and releases the build sequence.
- Raise the fence line completing the perimeter is the first major milestone before any interior work.
- Finish Section One this covers the Prison Cells, Kitchen, Dining Hall, and Guard Tower in order.
- Build the High Security area the Control Room and Meeting Room unlock alongside it.
