The basic loop
StepYou start each run small and weak. Your only job is to train until you have enough power to kick a door apart, then break through it to escape.
- Train your body spend time building up your character's size and strength.
- Check your power level the game shows your current power on screen.
- Kick the door walk up to the door and start kicking; each hit chips away at it.
- Keep going if the door is still standing, keep kicking; enough hits will always bring it down.
- Escape once the door is completely destroyed, you have cleared the run.
Training your character
TipsTraining is the core of the game. The stronger your character, the faster each door falls.
- The longer you train before approaching a door, the fewer kicks it takes to destroy it.
- Your power level is visible on screen the whole time, so you always know how far along you are.
- Even a low-power character can eventually break any door if you keep kicking long enough.
What to do when a door will not break
CheckIf kicking a door feels pointless, run through these checks before giving up.
- Is your power level high enough? If it looks low, train more before trying again.
- Are your kicks landing? Make sure you are aimed directly at the door and not kicking past it.
- Is the damage counter moving? Watch the on-screen display if numbers are going up, the door is taking damage and will eventually fall.

Common questions
FAQCan I finish the game without spending any Robux?
Yes. Every door in the game can be destroyed through training alone. Premium gives a 20 percent power boost, but it is never required to escape.
How long does one run take?
It depends on how long you choose to train. You can rush in quickly for a short session or spend more time building power — the pace is entirely up to you.
What do I do if my kicks seem to do nothing at all?
Check the damage display on screen — if the number is moving, the door is taking hits and will eventually fall. If you see no progress at all, make sure your character is aimed directly at the door rather than swinging past it.
