01

How the game works

Summary
In short The whole game is riding the elevator and seeing what each floor throws at you.

Every time the elevator moves, it opens onto a new floor built around a Japanese internet meme. Floors are the main content, but emotes and items in the game also pull from memes outside Japan.

  • Floors Japanese internet memes only
  • Emotes and items include non-Japanese memes as well

02

Floor milestones to reach first

Step
In short Hitting floor 100 and then floor 200 are the two big early goals.

The game has two badges tied purely to climbing floors.

  1. Reach floor 100 this unlocks the HG badge
  2. Reach floor 200 this unlocks the ASD badge
03

Hidden badges and how to get them

Tips
In short Three badges are hidden inside specific floors, so look around carefully instead of just watching the show.

Half of the game's six badges are not handed out automatically. You have to notice something, fall into something, or be picked by the floor itself.

Tips worth knowing
  • Find the hidden Pien (ぴえん) somewhere in the game — finding it earns you the Pien badge
  • Get caught by a floor trap — this is how you earn the Trap badge
  • On the Gang Dance floor, being the chosen player earns you the Golden Wind badge
  • The Admin Floor is linked to the Moko Bros badge

A Japanese internet meme that appears as a hidden object in the game; finding it earns the Pien badge.
Admin Floor
A special floor connected to the Moko Bros badge.

Common questions

FAQ

Are all the floors based on Japanese memes?

The floors themselves are Japanese memes only. Emotes and items available in the game also include memes from other countries, so the full item selection is wider than the floors alone.

Is the Golden Wind badge just luck?

The badge requires being the player chosen on the Gang Dance floor. When you land on that floor, stay present — that is the only way to be in the running.
