Controls to learn first

Combat combos and how to use them
StepEach combo below requires two simultaneous inputs.
- Disarm hold Block and press Attack at the same time to knock the opponent's saber away.
- Special Attack press Jump and Attack together for an enhanced strike.
- Roll press Jump and Crouch at the same time to dodge.
- Feint press Attack together with Ignite or Equip to fake out your opponent.
- Grab or Ignite while blocking you can pick up a saber or ignite while keeping Block held.
Building and using Power Focus
Tips
Power Focus charges by keeping your view on an enemy. Once smoke appears around the target, the meter is full and Force is ready.
- Keep your camera locked onto an enemy to start charging Power Focus.
- Wait until you see smoke before attempting to use Force.
- Press F or R2 to activate Force once the meter is full.
- Press X or D-pad Right to cycle through your available Force types before activating.
Upgrading sabers and DNA
TipsBoth upgrade paths matter.
- Upgrade your saber to deal more damage per swing.
- Upgrade your DNA to increase the maximum strength your character can carry.
- Hatch eggs alongside upgrading to build a pet collection.

Pet crafting to boost stats
StepOpen your inventory, click the button beneath a pet's stats, and the game will combine the required number of pets into the next tier. Each tier adds one more times the pet's base multiplier to its stats.
- Bronze combine 4 Normal-tier copies of the same pet. The pet's stats become x2.
- Silver combine 4 Bronze-tier copies. Stats become x3.
- Gold combine 3 Silver-tier copies. Stats become x4.
- Diamond combine 3 Gold-tier copies. Stats become x5.
Ranks and their badges
TipsThere are 22 badges in total. Most are earned by climbing through the rank tiers in order.
- The rank tiers in order are Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Obsidian, Ruby, and Amethyst, each split into three levels.
- A badge called 'You Played!' is awarded just for entering the game for the first time.
- Ruby III price was reduced on April 3, 2021.
- Amethyst ranks were added on April 21, 2021.
Glossary
Glossary- Saber
- The sword-like weapon you equip, ignite, and swing in combat.
- Force
- A special ability activated after fully charging Power Focus by staring at an enemy.
- Power Focus
- The energy meter that fills while you look at an enemy; smoke appearing means it is ready.
- DNA
- An upgrade track that raises the maximum amount of strength your character can hold.
- Feint
- A deceptive move triggered by pressing Attack together with Ignite or Equip.
- Disarm
- A combo using Block and Attack simultaneously that knocks the saber out of an opponent's hands.
- Duel
- A formal one-on-one match initiated by pressing B or D-pad Left to send a challenge.
- Tier
- The crafting level of a pet — Normal, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond — which determines its stat multiplier.
Common questions
FAQHow do I equip and ignite my saber?
Press 1 on your keyboard or the X button on a controller to equip the saber. Once it is in your hand, press Q or D-pad Up to ignite it.
Why won't my Force activate?
Force only works after Power Focus is fully charged. Keep looking directly at an enemy until smoke appears, then press F or R2 to fire it off.
How many pets do I need to reach Diamond tier?
You need 4 Normal pets to make one Bronze, 4 Bronze to make one Silver, 3 Silver to make one Gold, and 3 Gold to make one Diamond — that works out to 144 Normal-tier pets for a single Diamond-tier pet.
