Getting into your first match
Step
In short
Sorting your team and controls in the lobby before the match starts saves you a lot of confusion once the whistle blows.
When you load in, you land in a lobby screen before any match begins. Use that time to pick your team and get familiar with the controls. You can invite friends from here or simply join the same server as them. Because the game follows real football rules, knowing the basics of soccer — scoring in the opposing goal — means you are already ahead.
- Choose which team you want to play on before the match fills up.
- Invite friends either bring them into your server or agree on the same one before you both join.
- Standard football rules apply, so scoring in the other team's goal is the only way to win.
