OverviewStrongman Ultra is a strength-building simulator where you click and move items to earn Energy, then spend that Energy unlocking new gym areas and upgrades until you become the strongest player around. It is the sequel to Strongman Simulator, with a fully rebalanced game and pets that now give bonus Energy.

How to earn and spend Energy
Step
Every time you click and push an item, you earn Energy. That Energy is what lets you upgrade to heavier items, which in turn earn Energy faster. Keep upgrading so you can move heavier and heavier things.
- Click an item push it to earn your first batch of Energy.
- Raise your body stats increasing weight and fitness makes your character bigger and stronger.
- Unlock the next zone once you have enough Energy, open the door to the next area.

Pets and the bonus Energy they give
Tips
After a major update, pets now hand out bonus Energy on top of what you earn from pushing items. Collect pets from eggs and always keep one equipped.
- Collect eggs to hatch pets.
- Equip a pet — it adds bonus Energy.
Pumpkin Cave and the token system
Check
Alongside the main zone progression there are two special token objectives.
- Collect Rune Tokens once you have enough, a portal to the Pumpkin Cave opens.
- Collect Key Tokens these are used to build the Pumpkin Bridge and open the chest.
Playing with friends
Tips
Each room holds up to eight players at once. Pulling friends into the game rewards you with lift bonuses.
- Invite friends so they join your room and trigger reward lifts.
- Up to eight players can share one room.
- Check the leaderboard to set a strength target to aim for.

Glossary- Energy
- The main resource you earn by clicking and moving items; used to buy upgrades and unlock new zones.
- Zone
- One of the game's gym areas, unlocked in order from the Play Room through to the Kitchen and beyond.
- Rune Token
- A special collectible that opens the portal leading to the Pumpkin Cave.
- Key Token
- A special collectible used to build the Pumpkin Bridge and open the chest at its end.
- Brainrots area
- A newer zone added in a recent update, separate from the main numbered zone sequence.
Common questions
FAQHow do I earn Energy faster?
Click and move items, then upgrade so you can push heavier things. Equipping a pet gives you bonus Energy on top of that.
How do I unlock a new zone?
Build up enough Energy through clicking and upgrading, and the next zone will become available. Zones open in a set order starting from the Play Room.
How do I get into the Pumpkin Cave?
Gather Rune Tokens until the portal to the Pumpkin Cave unlocks. If you also collect Key Tokens, you can build the Pumpkin Bridge and open the chest there.
Do lift rewards require other players?
You earn reward lifts by inviting friends into your room. Each room fits up to eight players.
