Build Hide Seek is a Roblox game that mashes block building with hide-and-seek: you construct a base during the build phase, then hide inside it while one player hunts everyone down. This guide covers both roles — hider and seeker — so you can get more out of every round.
In shortEvery round splits players into one seeker and a group of builders who must hide before time runs out.
At the start of a round, one player is chosen as the seeker. Everyone else gets a limited build phase to throw up a base and tuck themselves inside it. When the build phase ends, the seeker goes looking while hiders try to stay hidden.
Seeker find and tag every hidden player before time expires
Hiders build a base during the build phase and stay concealed inside it
In shortA small, terrain-blending base in an out-of-the-way spot is much harder to find than a large, conspicuous one.
The quality of your hiding spot comes down almost entirely to how you build. A base that looks out of place or towers over the landscape is the first thing a seeker will check. Use the terrain and existing obstacles around you to break up the shape of your build.
Tips worth knowing
Keep your base small — a large structure stands out immediately
Pick corners of the map, elevated spots, or narrow gaps that a seeker's eye skips over
Work existing terrain and obstacles into your walls so the build looks natural
Spread out from other hiders rather than clustering — one discovery should not give away your position too
Build more than one potential hiding spot so you have somewhere to retreat if the first is found

Playing as the seeker
Tips
In shortEfficient movement and reading the environment for unnatural shapes are the seeker's main advantages.
The seeker's job is to sweep the map before the timer runs out.
Tips worth knowing
Listen for build sounds — audio cues during construction can point you toward an active hiding spot
Scan for shapes that do not match the surrounding terrain — player-built bases rarely blend in perfectly
Check high ground and tight spaces
Move on after clearing an area — doubling back costs time
