Common questions
FAQCan I avoid being caught by the fisherman?
No — the fisherman will always catch you eventually, and that is by design. The goal is not to escape but to swim as far as possible before it happens, because distance improves your luck and therefore your fish type.
Does my fish type affect how much cash I make?
Yes. Different fish types earn cash at different rates, and better fish earn more. Spending your cash on a higher-tier fish is the main way to increase your income over time.
Can I change my fish after buying one?
Yes. You can purchase a new fish from your plot using the cash you have earned, and that fish replaces your current one.
Do I need to stay online to earn cash?
No. Your fish earns cash offline automatically. You only need to return to your plot to collect it.
