On offense, your job is to get the ball into the opposing end zone. Keep teammates near the ball carrier and pass to open teammates to advance.

On defense, the goal is to tackle the player who has the ball and stop the play. When your whole team works together to block passing lanes and running routes, the offense runs out of options.
