About

Overview

Drive Down is a stunt racing game where you drive vehicles down wild tracks packed with ramps, obstacles, and steep drops. Your goal is to cross the finish line as many times as possible before time runs out — without crashing. This guide covers how streaks and rewards work, how to stay alive on the track, and how to unlock new vehicles.

01

How the game works

Summary
In short Everything in Drive Down comes down to crossing the finish line repeatedly while keeping your crash count at zero.

Each session runs on a timer set at the start. Every time you cross the finish line your goal count goes up, and as long as you avoid crashing your streak keeps growing. A single crash drops your streak straight back to zero.

  • Timer the clock starts when the game begins and limits how long you can play
  • Finish line each crossing adds to your total goal count
  • Streak the number of consecutive finish-line crossings without a crash
  • Crash any collision that resets your streak to zero
  • Lobby size up to ten players race in the same room at once

Earning rewards and unlocking vehicles

Step
In short Keeping your streak alive stacks Gears and opens up new vehicles.

Rewards scale with your streak, so a long unbroken run pays out much more than the same number of goals spread across multiple streaks. Gears are the core reward item, and collecting enough of them lets you unlock new vehicles to drive.

  1. Protect your streak the longer it runs, the bigger each reward gets
  2. Collect Gears these are earned by completing runs and are the currency for new vehicles
  3. Unlock a new vehicle once you have enough Gears saved up, a new car becomes available to drive

Staying alive on the stunt track

Tips
In short Reading the track ahead of you and controlling your speed will keep your streak intact.

The tracks include steep downhill sections, mega ramps, and scattered obstacles.

Tips worth knowing
  • Scan the road ahead so obstacles do not catch you by surprise
  • Ease off speed before a drop or jump rather than hitting it at full pace
  • Aim straight when launching off a mega ramp — a straight line gives you the cleanest landing
  • Do not let the timer pressure you into taking risks that end your streak
05

Free rewards outside the track

Check
In short Redeem codes and the official community each give you free items without any driving required.

The game has a code-entry field on screen where you can type in codes distributed by the developers. Joining the official Roblox community tied to the game also unlocks a free car skin. Skins change how your vehicle looks but do not affect how it handles.

  • Enter each code only once codes cannot be reused after they have been redeemed
  • Watch the game's announcements for new codes, including one unlocked at 2,500 likes
  • Join the official Roblox community page to claim the free car skin available to all members

Common questions

FAQ

What exactly resets my streak?

Your streak resets to zero the moment your vehicle crashes. Even a single collision is enough, so avoiding all contact is the only way to keep it alive.

How do I unlock new vehicles?

Earn Gears by crossing the finish line and maintaining your streak. Once you have collected enough Gears, a new vehicle unlocks for you to drive.

How many players can be in one session?

Up to ten players can join the same room and race at the same time.
