Every character has two independent progression lines. Qi Realm has 38 stages and Body Realm has 30, and every single stage contains ten levels you work through before a breakthrough becomes possible.

Getting started
Step
Before you can make any progress in either growth system, you have to unlock it.
- Awaken your spiritual root this opens Qi Realm progression and lets you begin meditating toward your first breakthrough
- Awaken your body constitution this opens Body Realm progression and lets you begin training toward your first body breakthrough
- Meditate to climb Qi Realm levels aim for your first breakthrough, which earns the Qi Breakthrough badge
- Train to climb Body Realm levels aim for your first body breakthrough, which earns the Body Breakthrough badge
- Head out into the field and collect herbs or materials your first herb or material collected unlocks the Harvester badge
Crafting pills to speed up progress
Tips
Herbs and materials you find in the world are the ingredients for Qi Pills and Body Pills. Each pill type feeds into its matching growth line. Your first successful craft unlocks the Alchemist badge, and your first herb or material collected unlocks the Harvester badge.

Controls for PC and Xbox
The game supports both PC and Xbox. Geppo is a jump-type movement action.
- PC: Left Control = Run, Q = Dash, Space = Geppo
- Xbox: Left Joystick = Run, X = Dash, A = Geppo
Redeem codes and Jade
