Overview

Create Pottery! is a Roblox game where you roll clay, shape it on a pottery wheel, glaze it, and fire it in a kiln before selling the finished pieces to customers. As your earnings grow, you hire employees and take phone jobs to build a small studio into a full pottery empire.

The four-step production loop

Step

In short Every piece of pottery moves through the same four stages before it earns you anything.

Each pot starts as raw clay and only makes money once it has cleared all four stages.

Roll clay gather clay by rolling it in the game world before you can do anything else.
Shape on the wheel bring your clay to the pottery wheel and form it into the piece you want.
Apply glaze choose a glaze to add color and decoration to the shaped piece.
Fire in the kiln place the glazed piece in the kiln to finish it and make it ready to sell.
Sell at the shop take completed pottery to your shop and sell it to customers for money.

Two currencies and how to earn them

In short Money comes from selling pottery, while gems come from taking jobs on your in-game phone.

The game has two separate currencies, and each one has its own source.

Money	earned by selling finished pottery to customers in your shop.
Gems	earned by accepting and completing jobs that come through your in-game phone.

Alongside regular clay, the game includes rare clay that you can also gather by rolling it.

Tips worth knowing

Rare clay exists as a separate type from ordinary clay.
You collect it the same way you collect regular clay — by rolling it.

Hiring employees

Check

In short Employees keep the pottery process running even when you are not doing it yourself, which is essential for scaling up.

Once your studio is big enough, you can hire employees to work for you. They handle the production steps for you.

Employees work through the production stages on your behalf.
Add more employees over time to handle a larger number of pieces at once.

Glossary

Pottery wheel: The station where you spin and shape clay into a finished form before glazing.
Glaze: A coating you apply to a shaped piece to give it color and decoration before it goes into the kiln.
Kiln: The furnace that fires a glazed piece and turns it into a completed, sellable item.
Gems: A currency separate from money, earned by completing jobs that arrive on your in-game phone.
Rare clay: A less common type of clay you can roll and collect alongside ordinary clay.

Can I play alone?

Yes, the game works perfectly well solo. You can grow your studio at your own pace without needing other players.

How many players can share one session?

Up to six players can join the same room. You can all work in the studio together at the same time.

How do I earn money and gems?

Sell finished pottery to customers in your shop to earn money. Complete jobs from your in-game phone to earn gems.
