BOMBANANA! is a three-player bomb-defusal game where every player is deliberately missing one piece of the puzzle, so the only way to win is to talk, signal, and stay calm together.
In shortEach monkey controls exactly one thing the others cannot access, so none of them can defuse the bomb alone.
When a round starts you are assigned one of three roles. The Blind Monkey cannot see the bomb at all but is the only player who can physically interact with it and cut wires. The Mute Monkey is the only one who can read the defusal manual, but cannot speak to explain it. The Deaf Monkey can see the bomb and its wires on screen but cannot hear anything the others say.
Blind Monkey
touches and cuts wires, relies entirely on instructions from teammates
Mute Monkey
reads the manual and must guide everyone without using voice
Deaf Monkey
watches the bomb's state on screen but receives no audio
In shortEvery cut needs all three roles to hand off their piece of information in the right order before anyone acts.
Because each role holds a different slice of the puzzle, the team has to build a chain of communication for every single wire. If anyone skips a link in that chain, the wrong wire gets cut. Bananas can be thrown as a physical signal to fill gaps when words are not reaching the Deaf Monkey.
Deaf Monkey confirmscheck the bomb's current state on your screen and signal back that the wire described actually matches what you see
Blind Monkey verifiesask one more time before cutting; never move on a single unconfirmed instruction
Use banana throwstoss a banana toward a teammate as a gesture when audio alone is not getting through to the Deaf Monkey

Common questions
FAQ
Can you play with only two people?
Yes, a two-player mode is available. The role distribution differs from a full three-player game.
What happens if the Blind Monkey never cuts a wire?
Without anyone cutting wires, the bomb cannot be defused and it will explode when the timer runs out, ending the game in failure. The Blind Monkey is the only role that can interact with the bomb, so the whole team depends on them acting on correct instructions.
How many players can be in one room?
Rooms support up to twelve players. Teams within that room are made up of two or three people each.
