OverviewDead Roads is a survival game set in a world ravaged by the Nervo-19 virus, where you and your friends ride an armored truck from the Vegas Outpost all the way to the New York Quarantine Zone 80 km away. Along the route you loot buildings, fight off the Infected, and push through eight outposts before a final wave-defense battle at the gates of New York.

How the journey is structured
Summary
You start at the Vegas Outpost and drive east in an armored truck, stopping at outposts roughly every 10 km. Reaching each outpost earns you a badge and marks your progress. After you arrive in New York, the journey is not over — you must hold off waves of the Infected while the quarantine gates open.

- The virus that started the outbreak, attacking the central nervous system and turning victims into the Infected.
- The Infected
- Zombie enemies created by Nervo-19 that pursue and attack players throughout the journey.
- Outpost
- A checkpoint placed every 10 km along the route; reaching one earns a badge and marks your progress toward New York.
- Quarantine Zone
- The final destination in New York where a potential vaccine awaits, accessible only after the gate-defense mission is won.
- Armored Truck
- The vehicle that carries players from Vegas to New York.
