Getting started

  1. Choose a character browse the roster and pick one that fits the kind of scene you want to play.
  2. Test movement run, jump, and if your character can fly, get airborne so the controls feel natural.

Flight and character abilities

Tips
In short Choosing a character with flight opens up the map vertically and makes roleplay scenes more varied.

Update v0.10.5 added free flight to a large number of characters, including Jet the Hawk, Wave the Swallow, Storm the Albatross, and Super Sonic 2 / Starfall Super Sonic. Flying characters let you reach higher vantage points, meet friends in the sky, and set scenes that ground-only characters simply cannot.

Tips worth knowing
  • Flying characters can scout the map from above.
  • Aerial meetups with friends are a quick way to start a scene without hunting each other down on the ground.
  • If a dramatic moment calls for a high-altitude setting, a flight-capable character makes that possible.

Running a roleplay with friends

Tips
In short A quick plan before you start keeps scenes from stalling.

The game is built for acting out scenes together, whether tense or relaxed.

Tips worth knowing
  • Agree on a rough scenario before you load in — even a one-sentence idea gives everyone a direction.
  • Decide each character's role and how they relate to the others so nobody is standing around waiting for a cue.
  • Solo play is just as valid: badge hunting and free exploration give you plenty to do without needing a group.
05

What costs nothing

  • Character selection, including Jet, Wave, Storm, and Super Sonic 2, is free.
  • Flight ability on those characters costs nothing to use.

Common questions

FAQ

What should I do the moment I spawn in?

Pick a character from the selection screen, then spend a minute testing movement and flight if your character has it. After that, walk around the map to get your bearings before starting a scene or going after badges.

Which characters can fly?

Jet the Hawk, Wave the Swallow, Storm the Albatross, Super Sonic 2, and Starfall Super Sonic all have flight, along with a large number of other characters added in v0.10.5. The easiest way to find out if a character flies is to select them and try it in-game.

Can I collect all the badges by myself?

Yes. Some badges are earned just by entering the game, while others require you to find specific spots or characters in the world.
