First steps in Story Mode
Step
When you load in, Story Mode is where you should head first. Every stage you clear pays out Gems, Gold, and upgrade materials, all of which feed directly into summoning new characters and strengthening the ones you have. Start with what you are given, clear stages at your own pace, and gradually move to harder ones as your team improves.
- Jump into Story Mode clear stages to collect Gems and upgrade materials right away.
- Upgrade units mid-battle spend the Cash you earn from defeating enemies to power up your placed units during a run.
- Check each unit's kit look at what abilities unlock at each upgrade tier before you commit Cash to a unit.
- Spend Gems on banner summons use the Gems you have earned to pull new characters and expand your options.
Two ways to get new units

Unit upgrades and progression systems

Beyond spending Cash in battle, the game gives you several ways to make a unit permanently stronger. Each system uses its own currency.
- Trait rerolls use Star Remnants and Reroll Tokens to add traits to a unit.
- Stat rerolls spend Stat Cubes to randomize a unit's base stats from scratch.
- Perfect Stat Cubes use these when you want to aim for a specific stat rather than a fully random result.
- Evolution evolve eligible units into their final form to boost their stats and unlock a passive ability.
- Leveling defeat enemies in Story and Infinite modes, or feed XP Food to a unit, to raise its level.
The Curse Lord's Domain
TipsThe Curse Lord's Domain is a separate area you access by spending Cursed Tokens. Inside, you can apply a curse to a unit, which attaches a random mix of buffs and debuffs. This is also the only place where the Itukoda unit can be evolved.
- You need Cursed Tokens just to get in.
- Evolving Itukoda requires coming here — it cannot be done anywhere else.
End-game content to work toward
CheckAfter you have cleared the main modes and upgraded your key units, three pieces of end-game content open up. Each one rewards special currency that lets you refine your team even further.
- Infinity Mansion a dedicated high-reward stage for advanced players.
- Challenge Mode harder stages with elevated difficulty beyond the main progression.
- Raid Mode complete these for special currency and unique rewards.
Battle Pass and redeem codes
TipsThe Battle Pass levels up as you defeat enemies, so you earn rewards like Stat Cubes and Perfect Stat Cubes just by playing normally. Redeem codes are a separate source of free items — codes expire and cannot be used more than once per account, so enter them as soon as you find them.
- Defeating enemies raises your Battle Pass level and pays out Stat Cubes and similar upgrade materials.
- Use a redeem code the moment you find it, because expired codes cannot be redeemed.
- Codes cannot be reused on the same account.

Glossary- Gems
- The main currency earned from clearing stages, used for banner summons and the Travelling Merchant Shop.
- Cash
- A battle-only currency dropped by enemies that you spend to upgrade units during a stage.
- Banner summon
- A Gems-powered pull system that randomly awards anime-style units.
- Trait
- A special property added to a unit using Star Remnants and Reroll Tokens through the trait reroll system.
- Stat Cube
- An item that fully re-randomizes a unit's base stats.
- Perfect Stat Cube
- A rarer upgrade item that lets you target a specific stat when rerolling instead of getting a fully random result.
- Evolution
- A one-time upgrade that pushes a compatible unit to its final form, raising its stats and granting a passive ability.
- Cursed Tokens
- Tokens spent to enter the Curse Lord's Domain, where you can apply random buffs and debuffs to your units.
- Infinite Mode
- A mode that becomes available after Story Mode progress and offers better rewards than the base stages.
- XP Food
- Consumable items you can feed to a unit to level it up outside of normal battles.

What is the best way to strengthen a unit?
During a battle, spend your earned Cash to upgrade the unit on the field. Outside of battles, you can reroll its traits with Star Remnants and Reroll Tokens, randomize its base stats with Stat Cubes, target specific stats with Perfect Stat Cubes, or evolve it into its final form if it is eligible.
What is the Curse Lord's Domain and do I need it?
It is a special area you enter by spending Cursed Tokens. There you can curse a unit, giving it a random set of buffs and debuffs. It is also the only place you can evolve the Itukoda unit.
