Loot loss and when to push your luck
WarnThe defining rule of Blight Grab is brutal and simple: die before extraction and everything you picked up that run is gone. No recovery, no partial reward. This makes health management and knowing when to retreat just as important as winning fights. Other players are on the same map hunting the same loot, which adds a layer of danger beyond the zombies.
Solo play versus squads
TipsYou can drop in alone or team up with friends. Solo runs let you move at your own pace and avoid fights more easily. Squad play scales from small groups up to 5v5 and gives you backup in boss fights and larger confrontations, but your run can be pulled in directions you did not plan if teammates take risks you would not.
- Solo lets you move at your own pace and avoid fights more easily.
- Squads bring more firepower to boss fights and can cover each other when one player takes damage.
- Squad play scales up to 5v5.
Building your gear over multiple runs
CheckGear found on the map can be carried out and then upgraded or traded after a successful extraction. Backpack space is limited, so you will regularly have to decide what is worth keeping.
- Backpack capacity has a hard limit you can only carry so much at once.
- Successful extraction is what makes the gear yours dying before that point means losing whatever you found.
- Upgrading and trading gear after extraction is how you push your build forward between runs.
