Where beginners should start

Guide

01 The register routine Every customer interaction follows the same four-step loop, and learning it cold is the foundation of everything else.
02 Spotting a doppelganger A doppelganger cannot fully recall the details of the person it is copying, so contradictions in the answers are your clearest signal.
03 Store chores you cannot skip The game will not advance to the next stage until every chore is done, so treat restocking and cleaning as seriously as the register.
04 Two threats, two different rules Doppelgangers are dealt with using the gun; entities are avoided entirely — mixing up those two responses will end your shift badly.
