How the game works
SummaryFriday Night Partying is a rhythm battle game where you hit notes in sync with songs drawn from a wide range of FNF mods. You can jump in alone or join a room with up to 30 other players. Two leaderboards — one per server, one global — let you see how your scores compare. The game uses R15 animations and rigs, and a heavy set of customization options lets you change how things look and feel.
- Solo or multiplayer pick whichever suits the moment
- Room size up to 30 players in a single room
- Leaderboards server-level and global rankings both exist
- Modcharts a special chart mode that adds visual effects during songs
- Content a large library of mods and songs to work through
- Customization broad options for adjusting your setup
Three tiers of achievement
StepBadges in this game fall into three clear difficulty tiers. A fourth category — special-condition badges — adds extra challenges on top of those tiers.
- Clear tier Beat a song or stage outright: defeat Hellclown to earn Hellish Clown, or beat SillyBilly for So Silly.
- Full Combo tier Finish a song without a single miss: targets include Sage, DoubleKill, Demise, Termination, Kecks, and Fake Baby. Termination is special — you need Modcharts turned on, and 4K and 6K are separate badges.
- Perfect Full Combo tier Hit every note with high accuracy on top of a Full Combo: songs in this category include Booyah, Terrible Fate, Challeng-Edd Funky, Come Along With Me, 77 Rings, Obituary, SoRetro, and Green.
- Special-condition tier In Nocturnal Protocol, collect all 10 custards during the song for Purification Protocol; miss even one and you get A last order instead.
- Opponent badges Defeat a game Director, Developer, Lead Developer, or Mod Author in a 1v1 to unlock their corresponding badges.
Building accuracy before chasing combos
TipsThe badge for hitting Infinity at 85% accuracy or better shows that the game treats precision as a meaningful goal in its own right.
- Infinity has an 85% accuracy threshold badge giving you a concrete target to aim for.
- For Termination, remember to switch Modcharts on before you start — the badge does not count without it, and 4K and 6K are tracked separately.
- In Nocturnal Protocol, all 10 custards must be collected during the song — missing any locks you into the A last order badge for that run.
- Perfect Full Combo songs such as Booyah and Obituary demand both zero misses and clean note judgements.

Common questions
FAQCan I play alone, or do I need other people?
Both solo and multiplayer are fully supported. Multiplayer rooms hold up to 30 players.
What happens if I miss a custard in Nocturnal Protocol?
Missing even one of the 10 custards gives you the A last order badge instead of Purification Protocol. The two badges are separate, so if you want Purification Protocol you will need to replay the song and collect every custard.
Do I need Modcharts on to get the Termination badges?
Yes — both Termination badges require Modcharts to be enabled when you complete the Full Combo. There are two separate badges, one for 4K and one for 6K, so each mode counts independently.
How do I earn the badges for beating Directors or Developers?
You get these badges by defeating specific people in the game: a Director for In Command, and a Developer or Lead Developer for Better Than the Crew. Approved by the Author comes from beating a Mod Author in a 1v1 match.
