The basic loop from spawn to survival
StepEach run starts with you on foot. Supplies are scattered around the field. Once you're geared up, get in the truck and start earning experience by fighting enemies or simply surviving.
- Scour the field pick up any weapons, armor, and supplies you see before climbing in the truck.
- Get in the truck once you have gear, driving is where most of the action happens.
- Fight or flee you earn experience by engaging enemies from the truck or staying alive against them.
- Level up experience accumulates into level-ups, and each new level unlocks additional skills.
- Chase the distance badges reaching 1,000 meters, 5,000 meters, and 15,000 meters in a single run are the game's main progress milestones.
Truck upgrades and trailers
TipsYour truck is more than a way to get around. Collecting the right materials lets you craft upgrades that improve its performance, and trailers you find in the field can be attached to give it a base-like role while you keep driving.
- Collect materials out in the world so you can craft truck upgrades.
- Keep an eye out for trailers while driving — attaching one adds a mobile base function to your truck.
- Rare weapon skins and truck visual options are available if you want to change how things look, though they don't affect performance.
Solo play vs. co-op
TableThe game supports up to three players in co-op, but you can also run it alone at your own pace.
| Solo | full control of pace and strategy, but you handle all combat and looting yourself. |
| Co-op (up to 3 players) | teammates can attack at the same time, and multiple people searching the field speeds up gear collection. |
Free-to-play vs. paid content
TableYou don't need to spend anything to access the main content. Weapons, armor, truck upgrades, leveling, and skill unlocks are all available without paying.
| Free | weapon and armor looting, truck upgrades, leveling up, and skill unlocks. |
| Paid | rare weapon skins and truck visual customization options. |
