Game modes and when to move between them

Table
In short There are four modes to choose from, and the gap between them is real.

Casual is forgiving and a good training ground, but its rewards are smaller. Normal hits a sweet spot between challenge and payout. Hard demands a well-built roster. Endless throws infinite waves at you and is designed for players who have already filled out their collection.

Casualeasiest difficulty, smallest rewards.
Normalbalanced challenge and rewards.
Hardhigh rewards but difficult; for when your towers are well established.
Endlessinfinite waves with no finish line, built for players who want to test their absolute limit.

Tower placement that actually works

Tips
In short Covering the enemy path with layered towers holds up across almost every map and mode.

Every map, including Crossroads and Doomspire, has a fixed path that Noobs follow. Your job is to build a line of towers that gives enemies as little open road as possible.

Tips worth knowing
  • Read the enemy path before you place anything — towers out of range of that path contribute nothing.
  • Match your tower mix to the enemy types arriving in the next wave.
05

Building your tower collection with Tix

Check
In short Steady Tix farming across rounds, plus mission rewards, expands your roster over time.

Tix is the main currency for buying towers, and you earn it by completing rounds. EXP accumulates alongside Tix and raises your player level. Playing with friends can increase the rewards you walk away with. Missions add extra Tix and EXP on top of your round pay, making them worth picking up whenever one is available.

  • Are you running at least one mission per session they stack bonus Tix and EXP onto your round rewards.
  • Are you playing with at least one friend when possible multiplayer rewards are higher than solo.

Skins, events, and free rewards

Tips
In short Skins change how towers look but not how they perform, so treat events as a bonus rather than a requirement.

Skins let you dress towers up as iconic Roblox characters like c00lkidd and 1x1x1x1. Limited skins and towers arrive through events, where you collect special event currency by playing during the event window. Missing an event means missing those items, so check in regularly when one is running. Skins are purely cosmetic — a dressed-up tower hits exactly as hard as a plain one.

Tips worth knowing
  • Event currency is the main path to limited skins and towers, so play during active events rather than waiting until they end.
  • Redeem any codes you find promptly — codes can expire.
  • Only trust codes from official announcements or the game's own community channels.
  • Cosmetic skins cost nothing in performance, so pick whichever character you like the look of.

What to check when you keep losing

Warn
In short Most losses come from too few towers, poor path coverage, or attempting a difficulty jump before your roster is ready.

If a round is beating you repeatedly, the problem is almost always one of three things: not enough towers on the path, placement that ignores where enemies actually walk, or a difficulty level your current collection cannot handle. Dropping back one difficulty to farm Tix is not a setback — it is the fastest way forward.

Worth watching out for
Placing towers in the same spots every round without adjusting for the enemy type coming in will keep producing the same failures.
If money runs out before a wave ends, the fix is to go back to a lower difficulty, earn more towers, and return.
Tower upgrades are available when you have spare cash.

Tower trading

  • Trading availability you can trade towers directly with other players in the game.

Common questions

FAQ

Can I get skins without spending Robux?

Yes — skins are distributed as event rewards and through missions. Some skins are premium purchases, but none of them are needed to play well since skins do not change tower performance.

Is it worth playing with friends, or is solo fine?

Both work, but multiplayer rounds pay out more rewards. The game is fully playable solo.

I keep failing Hard mode — what should I do?

Go back to a lower difficulty and run enough rounds to buy more towers before trying Hard again. Also look at your placement: if you are using the same layout every attempt without adjusting for the incoming enemy types, changing that alone can make a significant difference.

Where do I find codes to redeem?

Official codes come from the game's own announcements and community channels such as Discord. Avoid random external sites, which can circulate expired or fake ones.
