Your six stats and how to train them
CheckWhen you load in, four icons at the bottom of the screen represent Strength, Durability, Chakra, and Sword Skill. Pressing the matching number key (and left-clicking for most of them) begins basic training for that stat. Chakra is the exception — you do not need to left-click. Agility and Speed round out the six stats and are trained by jumping and running respectively.
- Strength punch with your fist; raises punch and Strength Power damage
- Durability do pushups or simply stand in a Durability training spot; raises damage resistance
- Chakra meditate or charge up (charging requires the Premium Pass); raises Chakra Power damage
- Sword Skill swing your sword; raises sword slash and Sword Skill Power damage
- Agility jump repeatedly; raises jump height
- Speed run; raises movement speed

Training spots and multipliers
SummaryA multiplier scales how much of a stat you earn each tick. If your base gain per tick is 32 and your multiplier is x2, you earn 64 per tick instead. Training spots found around the map carry their own multipliers that stack on top of your personal one. To benefit from a spot you must perform the correct basic training action inside it — except for Durability spots, where simply being present is enough. Swords already have multipliers built in, so there are no dedicated sword training areas on the map.
- Tick how often you receive a stat gain while training
- Multiplier scales stat gain per tick
- Damage multiplier scales skill damage instead of training gain
- Training spot a map location with its own multiplier that stacks with yours
- Total Power (TP) the sum of all stats except Agility and Speed; shown above your avatar

Grinding methods
StepThe overnight grind is the method most players rely on. Use a private server, set an auto-clicker to handle the repeated input, and let it run while you sleep. Keep your device plugged in and on a stable internet connection. For Chakra specifically, start your auto-clicker at 800 ms intervals and aim for at least 35 ticks per minute; if you are only hitting around 25, drop to 750 ms and test again.
- Set up a private server this keeps other players from moving or defeating you mid-session
- Start the auto-clicker for Chakra begin at 800 ms and adjust down until you reach 35+ ticks per minute
- Train Sword and Durability together position yourself in a spot that benefits both and use a champion that covers both to double up
- Use the Tournament Dimension for extra Sword gains go to settings inside the dimension and set AFK to yes so you can farm without joining matches
- Keep your device charged and connected the session ends if the device dies or loses internet
Timing your boosts
TipsBoosts are time-limited multipliers that continue counting down even while you are offline. The weekend boost runs from 8 pm EST Friday to 8 pm EST Sunday and gives a 2x multiplier. Stacking a server boost and a personal boost on top of it reaches 5x total. Bosses have a 1-in-50 chance to drop a 1.5x server boost that lasts one hour. During a 5x training event the weekend boost is cancelled, but adding a server boost and a personal boost still results in an 8x total multiplier.
- The weekend boost runs from Friday 8 pm EST to Sunday 8 pm EST and gives a 2x multiplier
- Server boosts and personal boosts stack with the weekend boost for a combined 5x multiplier
- Kill bosses for a chance at a free 1.5x server boost; the drop rate is 2%
- During a 5x training event, bringing a server boost and personal boost results in 8x total

Speed and Agility quest tricks
TipsMany quests ask for large increments of Speed or Agility gains. You can automate both on a computer without extra software. For Speed, press W then press the slash key — this locks your character into a run. For Agility, place a heavy object on the spacebar and your character will jump continuously. If your Speed stat is below 100k, running inside the Gravity Capsule works well because the walls stop you from drifting out.
- Press W then the slash key to auto-run for Speed quests
- Place a heavy object on the spacebar to auto-jump for Agility quests
- Use the Gravity Capsule walls as a barrier if your Speed is under 100k
- Doing boss fights also trains Agility

Common questions
FAQDo boosts run out while I am offline?
Yes — boost timers count down whether you are in the game or not.
Is there a free way to speed up my training?
Redeeming codes gives you free Chikara Shards, stat boosts, and other items. The weekend boost is also free for all players every Friday 8 pm EST through Sunday 8 pm EST.
Can I train two stats at the same time?
You can train Sword and Durability simultaneously by positioning yourself in the right spot and using a champion that covers both.
Why am I getting fewer Chakra ticks than expected?
Chakra tick rate is sensitive to your auto-clicker interval. Start at 800 ms and work downward until you consistently hit 35 or more ticks per minute — dropping to 750 ms can make a difference.
