About

Overview

Rally Panic! is a two-player cooperative rally game where one person drives and the other navigates. The driver handles the steering and handbrake while the navigator reads the map and calls out turns, hazards, and dead ends. This guide covers how to play each role, how to tackle the four rally courses, and how to earn all 19 badges.

The two roles and what each one does

Table
In short Decide who drives and who navigates before you set off, because the two jobs share no controls.

The driver and navigator have completely separate responsibilities. Before any stage starts, agree on who is doing what.

Drivercontrols the steering and handbrake; has no access to the map.
Navigatorholds the map and calls out every turn, hazard, and road choice; never touches the wheel.
Solo playyou handle both roles yourself, which makes every stage harder than it is in co-op.

Navigating well under pressure

Tips
In short The navigator's timing matters more than the driver's reactions — call everything early.

The driver can only react to what the navigator says, so late or quiet callouts cause crashes. Short, clear words work better than full sentences when a corner is coming up fast.

Tips worth knowing
  • Call a turn before the car reaches it — if you say 'right' and the driver is already in the corner, it is too late.
  • Spot dead ends and wrong roads ahead of time so the driver can choose the correct path before committing to it.
  • Use short warning words like 'bridge' or 'narrow' as soon as a hazard appears on the map.

Driving through difficult sections

Tips
In short The handbrake is your main tool for tight corners.

Most wipeouts happen at corners and narrow bridges.

Tips worth knowing
  • Apply the handbrake before you reach a sharp corner.
  • Ease off the accelerator while waiting for a callout.
  • Slow down on narrow bridges — bridges over deep ravines are unforgiving, and going off the edge means starting the section again.
05

The four rally courses

Summary
In short Pinewood Run is the natural starting point because it opens with a stage numbered zero.

Each course is divided into Special Stages, numbered from the beginning of that course. Completing every stage in a course means finishing each of its Special Stages in turn.

  • Pinewood Run four stages (SS0 through SS3).
  • Widows Run four stages (SS1 through SS4).
  • Frostline five stages (SS1 through SS5).
  • Midnight Harvest five stages (SS1 through SS5).

Earning all 19 badges

Step

Common questions

FAQ

Can I play alone without a second person?

Yes, solo play is supported. You take on both the driver and navigator roles yourself, which means watching the map and steering at the same time. Expect every stage to feel noticeably harder than it does with a partner.

Which course should I start with?

Start with Pinewood Run. It is the only course that includes a stage numbered SS0. Work through SS0 to SS3 before moving to the other courses.

What happens if I fall off a bridge?

Going off a narrow bridge over a ravine sends you back to retry that section.

How many badges are there and how do I get them all?

There are 19 badges in total. One unlocks just for joining the game, and the other 18 each require finishing a specific Special Stage across the four courses. Complete every stage in Pinewood Run, Widows Run, Frostline, and Midnight Harvest to collect them all.
