Getting started
StepWhen you first load in, you create your character and set your basic appearance. After that, you choose one of three training zones before touching any equipment.
- Create your character set your look and basic settings before anything else.
- Choose a training zone pick from Strength, Hypertrophy, or Endurance depending on what you want to build.
- Find a machine or station the gym has over 31 exercises available.
- Watch your rank title it begins at Beginner and climbs as you train.
The three training zones

Exercises available in the gym
TipsThere are more than 31 exercises to work through. The list covers classic barbell and machine lifts as well as a full calisthenics progression.
- Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift are among the core barbell exercises available.
- Cable machines and dumbbells give you additional variety beyond the main lifts.
- Pull-ups and Dips sit on the calisthenics side of the roster.
- The calisthenics progression increases in difficulty step by step, finishing with the legendary Maltese at the top.
Food, supplements, and shaker buffs
CheckCash you earn in the gym is spent on food and supplements. Buffs are mixed together in your shaker.
- Spend your cash on food nutrition is required for muscle growth.
- Pick up supplements to boost the effect of each training session.
- Use the shaker to mix buffs.
- Keep your inventory stocked with food and supplements.
Rank titles and leaderboards
SummaryRank titles appear above your character and update as you progress. The global leaderboard tracks all players, while personal records let you measure your own improvement over time.

Glossary
Glossary- Cash
- The in-game currency earned by training, used to buy food and supplements.
- Buff
- A power-up effect you mix in your shaker to increase the results of your workouts.
- Rank title
- The overhead label that shows your progress, starting at Beginner and going all the way to MR. UNIVERSE.
- Calisthenics
- Bodyweight exercises such as Pull-ups and Dips that form their own progression inside the gym.
- Maltese
- The legendary exercise at the very top of the calisthenics progression.
- Hypertrophy
- One of the three training zones, focused on building muscle size.
